Ms. Cheng Xue (程雪), a bachelor’s degree holder, is a senior economist. Ms. Cheng Xue joined Haitian in 1992 and previously served as corporate planning director, executive vice president, executive president and director of our Company. She is currently the chairwoman of our Board of our Company.

Mr. Guan Jianghua (管江华), a bachelor’s degree holder, is a senior economist. Mr. Guan Jianghua joined Haitian in 1998 and previously served as sales department manager, deputy general manager of marketing, general manager of operations, assistant general manager and vice president of our Company. He is currently the Director and president of our Company.

Mr. Huang Wenbiao (黄文彪), a master’s degree holder, is a senior engineer. Mr. Huang Wenbiao joined Haitian in 1989 and previously served as manager of the science and technology department, deputy director of technology, director of the technology center and vice president of our Company. He is currently the Director of our Company.

Mr. Wen Zhizhou (文志州), a bachelor’s degree holder, is a senior engineer. Mr. Wen Zhizhou joined Haitian in 1998 and previously served as soy sauce factory director, production department manager, deputy director of the engineering equipment center, chairman of the Trade Union of Foshan Haitian (Gaoming) Flavoring Food Co., Ltd. (佛山市海天(高明)调味食品有限公司) and chairman of the supervisory board of our Company. He is currently the Director of our Company.

Mr. Liao Changhui (廖长辉), a bachelor’s degree holder. Mr. Liao Changhui joined Haitian in 1999 and successively served as warehouse department manager, general manager of Haitian Vinegar Industry Group Limited (海天醋业集团有限公司, formerly known as Foshan Haitian (Jiangsu) Flavouring Food Co., Ltd (佛山市海天(江苏)调味食品有限公司)), general manager of the investment department, director of the audit department, and director of the public relations center of our Company. He is currently the Director of our Company.

Mr. Dai Wen (代文), a bachelor’s degree holder. Mr. Dai Wen joined Haitian in 2005 and successively served as marketing department manager, regional marketing director, and general manager of the regional marketing center of our Company. He is currently the Director of our Company.

Mr. Zhang Kechun (张科春), a doctorate degree holder. He has previously served as an assistant professor and a tenured professor at the University of Minnesota. He is currently a professor at Westlake University (西湖大学) and the independent Director of our Company.

Mr. Qu Wenzhou (屈文洲), a doctorate degree holder, is a certified public accountant in China and a Chartered Financial Analyst. He has previously served as the deputy director of the Institute of Financial Management and Accounting at Xiamen University (厦门大学财务管理与会计研究院), an associate professor of the MBA Centre at the School of Management at Xiamen University (厦门大学管理学院); he currently serves as the director of the China Capital Market Research Centre (厦门大学中国资本市场研究中心), the director of the MBA Centre, a professor of Financial Department and a doctoral supervisor at the School of Management at Xiamen University and the independent Director of our Company.

Mr. Ding Bangqing (丁邦清), a master’s degree holder. He previously served as the vice chairman and president of Guangdong Advertising Group Co., Ltd. (广东省广告集团股份有限公司), dean of the Brand Branch of the National Institute of Advertising (国家广告研究院品牌分院), the deputy director of the Academic Committee of the China Advertising Association (中国广告协会学术委员会); he currently serves as the chairman of Guangzhou Qixidi Aroma Group Co., Ltd. (广州市七溪地芳香集团有限公司) and the deputy director of the Academic and Education Working Committee of the China Advertising Association (中国广告协会学术与教育工作委员会) and the independent Director of our Company.

Mr. Guan Jianghua (管江华), a bachelor’s degree holder, is a senior economist. Mr. Guan Jianghua joined Haitian in 1998 and previously served as sales department manager, deputy general manager of marketing, general manager of operations, assistant general manager and vice president of our Company. He is currently the Director and president of our Company.

Mr. Gui Junqiang (桂军强), a bachelor’s degree holder, is a senior engineer. Mr. Gui Junqiang joined Haitian in 2007 and successively served as manager of the oyster sauce factory, manager of the process department and manager of the quality inspection department of our Company, general manager of Haitian Vinegar Industry Group Limited (海天醋业集团有限公司, formerly known as Foshan Haitian (Jiangsu) Flavouring Food Co., Ltd (佛山市海天(江苏)调味食品有限公司)), general manager of Foshan Haitian (Gaoming) Flavoring Food Co., Ltd. (佛山市海天(高明)调味食品有限公司) and employee representative Supervisor. He is currently the vice president of our Company.

Mr. Liu Zhiqing (柳志青), a master’s degree holder. Mr. Liu Zhiqing joined Haitian in 2008 and successively served as manager of the warehousing department, deputy general manager of the logistics center, director of the procurement center, director of the agile center, general manager of the customization division, and rotating director of the president’s office of our Company. He is currently the vice president of our Company.

Mr. Xia Zhendong (夏振东), a bachelor’s degree holder. Mr. Xia Zhendong joined Haitian in 2006 and successively served as regional marketing manager, regional marketing director, general manager of the regional marketing company, and rotating director of the marketing business committee of our Company. He is currently the vice president of our Company.

Ms. Ke Ying (柯莹), a master’s degree holder. Ms. Ke Ying joined Haitian in 2008 and successively served as director of the office, deputy director of the talent development center, deputy director of the public relations center, director of the marketing human resources center, and director of the legal center of our Company. She is currently the secretary of our Board of our Company.

Mr. Li Jun (李军), a bachelor’s degree holder, is an intermediate accountant. Mr. Li Jun joined Haitian in 2008 and previously served as director of the finance department, financial information manager, deputy director of the finance center, and supervisor of our Company. He is currently the chief financial officer of our Company.
